Start with the problem
Every roof is evaluated on its own condition. Some need a small repair before spraying; some need a full tear-down. You’ll know which before any work starts.
Stains, drips, a musty smell. We find where water is getting in, repair the damage, then remove the seams that leak in the first place.
RV roof leak repair →
Texas sun cooks thin factory membranes. FlexArmor's thick, seamless shell adds a heat barrier across the whole roof so your AC isn't fighting the sun all afternoon.
Cut RV roof heat →
Punctures, cracked vents, torn rubber after a Texas hailstorm. We repair it and help you through the insurance claim, then spray a tough, puncture-resistant roof.
RV hail damage repair →
A spongy roof means water has been there a while. We inspect the decking and repair or replace rotted wood before anything gets sprayed. It's never sprayed over.
RV roof repair →
Seams, vents and edges crack every season in the heat. We strip the old caulk and seal everything under one seamless shell. No more resealing.
Maintenance-free RV roof →
Rubber or TPO chalking and peeling? Replace it once. A FlexArmor roof carries a lifetime no-leak warranty that transfers when you sell.

How a flexarmor job works
The roof you see sprayed is the last step of a four-part RV roof system. Most jobs are done indoors in about three days.
01
Thermal cameras and moisture meters check the decking for hidden water. You get a clear picture of what your roof needs.
02
All caulking is stripped and anything that needs to come off comes off. Rotted wood is repaired or replaced, from minor repair to full tear-down.
03
RV-specific prep products for each roof surface, plus custom FlexArmor parts around vents and edges that seal leak-free.
04
Pure polyurea sprayed indoors as one seamless piece, components reinstalled, and your written lifetime no-leak warranty registered.
Authorized Texas applicators

Shopping sprayed RV roofs in Texas?
Texas has more spray-on RV roof options than anywhere. Some are RV shops new to coatings; some are spray contractors new to RVs. Here’s what to ask any of them.
FlexArmor created the sprayed RV roof category in 2005.
Pure polyurea formulated for RV roofs, manufactured in-house in Florida since 2025.
A four-part system: inspection, repair, RV-specific prep products and custom parts, then spray.

Every applicator is trained on a 200+ page FlexArmor system, with nationwide support behind them.

The warranty
A written guarantee that covers materials, craftsmanship and leaks, and it transfers to the next owner when you sell. Travel anywhere: every authorized FlexArmor applicator in the country honors it.
It depends on your RV’s length and what the roof needs underneath. Each shop gives a free, written estimate after looking at your roof.
Every roof is evaluated first. Work ranges from a minor repair to a full tear-down, and the shop will show you what they found and explain your options.
FlexArmor’s roughly 3/16-inch seamless shell is far thicker than a factory membrane and adds a layer of insulation across the whole roof, which helps your AC keep up in Texas heat. The white surface also provides a high UV reflect ability, reducing surface temperature, therefore, reducing heat transfer to your attic space.
Yes. Our Texas shops do insurance work and will walk you through your carrier’s process.
Not automatically. On some RVs, removing the membrane can cause structural damage. The decking is always checked with thermal cameras and moisture meters, all caulking is stripped, and anything that needs to come off comes off.
Most roofs are done indoors in about three days. Major rot repair can add time, and your shop will tell you up front.
Motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, horse trailers and cargo trailers. Slide-out roofs can be sprayed too; each slide is checked first for clearance.
