What's under the spray
The roof you see sprayed is the last step of a four-part RV roof system. Most jobs are done indoors in about three days.
01
Thermal cameras and moisture meters check the decking for hidden water. You get a clear picture of what your roof needs.
02
All caulking is stripped and anything that needs to come off comes off. Rotted wood is repaired or replaced, from minor repair to full tear-down.
03
RV-specific prep products for each roof surface, plus custom FlexArmor parts around vents and edges that seal leak-free.
04
Pure polyurea sprayed indoors as one seamless piece, components reinstalled, and your written lifetime no-leak warranty registered.
Since 2005 · About 3/16 inch thick · 3,500 psi tear strength · Over 600% elongation · About 0.5 lb per square foot · Lifetime transferable no-leak warranty
