RV hail damage repair · Texas
Punctures, cracked vents and torn rubber after a Texas hailstorm? Our FlexArmor shops repair the damage, help with the insurance claim, and spray a tough, seamless roof with a lifetime no-leak warranty.
Hail breaks plastic vent covers, skylights and AC shrouds, and the cracks leak with the next rain.
Dried, cracked or peeling sealant around vents, skylights and edges is where most RV roof leaks start.
New ceiling stains or soft spots in the weeks after a hailstorm mean water got in.
How we repair hail damage
The roof you see sprayed is the last step of a four-part RV roof system. Most jobs are done indoors in about three days.
01
Thermal cameras and moisture meters check the decking for hidden water. You get a clear picture of what your roof needs.
02
All caulking is stripped and anything that needs to come off comes off. Rotted wood is repaired or replaced, from minor repair to full tear-down.
03
RV-specific prep products for each roof surface, plus custom FlexArmor parts around vents and edges that seal leak-free.
04
Pure polyurea sprayed indoors as one seamless piece, components reinstalled, and your written lifetime no-leak warranty registered.
3,500 psi tear strength · Puncture-resistant pure polyurea · About 3/16 inch thick · One seamless piece with no seams to split · Lifetime transferable no-leak warranty
Yes. Our Texas shops do insurance work and will walk you through your carrier’s process.
Get the roof looked at first. The shop can show you what was damaged, so you know what to report to your insurance company.
It depends on what we find. The shop inspects the roof and decking first, then tells you what it needs, from a minor repair to a full FlexArmor roof.
FlexArmor is puncture-resistant pure polyurea, about 3/16 inch thick, with 3,500 psi tear strength. It is far tougher than a factory rubber membrane.
Most FlexArmor roofs take about three days, and the work is done indoors. Extra repairs and insurance approval can add time.
Call the shop, or send us a few details and we'll set it up.
